Welcome to www.puli.net. The Puli dates back 1000s of years in Asia and was brought to Hungary during the middle ages. It is an ancient sheep dog of Hungary. The puli is the smallest of the Hungarian sheepdogs. It is a herding dog, protector of the flock and also makes a good watch dog. The coat is long and corded much like dreadlocks. The colors are black, white, cream or gray. The average puli weighs about 35 lbs. and is 17 inches tall at the shoulder. Other breeds of dogs may also be found on this website.
